Learn to love the sweet potato. A lazy girls short and sweet post, about a lazy girls sweet potato chips;

What you’ll need:

  • Sweet potato (long and thinner is easier)
  • Oil (I use garlic infused)

Optional:

  • Any herb seasoning, Moroccan is a good flavor, garlic dill, chilli or cumin.
  • Natural yoghurt to serve.

Get it done:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Wash, the thinly slice the sweet potato – skins on.
  4. Place potato in a freezer bag and drizzle in some oil. Twist of the top of the bag and shake to coat.
  5. Place potato onto tray in a single layer, and cook for 15 minutes or until crisp.
  6. Great solo or enjoy with some natural yoghurt, or guacamole if you’re feeling motivated.
