I’m a total bruncher. It’s by far my favorite meal with so much potential. Is it breakfast? Is it lunch? One thing’s for sure – it’s usually the weekend! However in anticipation for a rapidly impending overseas adventure, I’m foregoing regular brunch dates to save moolah for massages and cocktails.

Coming to you live this morning from the glorious Gold Coast. Not actually glorious – it’s incredibly run down and seedy feeling – I have legitimate concerns for the local economy. If one more stranger asks me if I want to buy a ticked for a club crawl I’m going to get my punch on.

There’s a new tart in town.
I have to say, I get really frustrated with my mum when asking for recipes, because I’m always provided with ‘a dash of this’ or ‘a bit of that’. A BIT/DASH IN RELATION TO WHAT? I’ve realised I’m about to do the same thing to you, so my apologies in advance.

The first big change really can be accredited to my parents for two reasons; I used their Nutribullet over the Christmas holidays to make Mango daiquiris, and because mums debilitation meant no driving – I got cash for Christmas. Let’s face it, nothing says progress like spending money.
